MySejahtera再凸槌~多名民众无端端“被确诊/被隔离”,造成困扰。
Good morning everyone – we apologise for the error on our part which allowed random users’ to be given HSOs/PUS status. We have fixed the root cause which allowed this to happen. All incorrect HSOs have been deleted, and incorrect PUS status reverted.

MySejahtera官方也在推特发文道歉,指任何被错误颁布的居家隔离令(HSOs)已被删除,任何错误被鉴定为受监督者(PUS)的状态,也已经获得修正。
但因为事发突然,许多民众更因此被拒绝上飞机,错过班机!受影响民众更是涌入推特,纷纷炮轰 MySejahtera,质问当局,谁应该为他们的损失负责及赔偿。但至今都没有任何一方做出回应。
Still no update despite several times i have updated on helpdesk and my flight has been cancelled due to this issue and airline expect me to bare extra fee to reschedule my flight how is this FAIR? @Khairykj we need the compensation on this matter.
