Toast & Roast除了主打客家面以外,他们家的叉烧是每一张桌子都必点的!一块块晶莹剔透泛着油光的叉烧被切成厚块整齐的排在碟子上北端上桌,绝对不需要多少时间就可以把碟上的叉烧清空!

说到Pudu好吃的叉烧,一定不能不提到这个位于Pudu Plaza对面的发记烧腊饭档。他们家的叉烧每天用慢火烤2小时烤出来的,非常够火候、非常入味,入口充满蜜汁的香味,而且入口即化!除了叉烧,其他烧腊也非超好吃,还有卖炖汤和酸辣菜,真的超丰富的!

位于天后宫不远处的小小饭店是以海鲜和叉烧而闻名,大部分都是熟客来这里,而经过大家的口传介绍后就越来越多人慕名而来。半肥瘦的猪肉烤得香香脆脆,微甜的外皮让人忍不住一口接一口的吃啊!

这家老旧的茶室已经历史悠久,所以都已经有了很多老客户,但是依然有许多人因为叉烧而慕名而来呢~ 想要吃到叉烧和烧肉的朋友们必须要耐心等待哦,因为这里的叉烧出炉时间比较晚,大概中午12点才能吃到哦!但是看到刚出炉的亮晶晶叉烧,等待绝对是值得的!

隐藏在Section 17的Happy Mansion Flat底楼春迎茶室的叉烧档,可说是小有名气的哦!早餐或是午餐时间就会涌现人潮,需要在走廊和后巷摆满座椅才能让大家都有机会吃到叉烧!甚至有时还要排队等待呢~ 叉烧不但充满了炭烧的香味,而且又大块又厚实,难怪大家都那么爱吃!
