NYX彩妆品牌将在一个月内关闭大马所有分行，并在10月前撤出大马的网购平台。根据其专页贴文，NYX彩妆品牌将在这一个月内分别关闭所有分行。

贴文指出，顾客仍可通过大马网购平台（Lazada，Shopee或Hermo）购买NYX的产品，但是9月30日后就必须通过国际网购平台来购买了。该公司没有披露是否是因为受到冠病疫情或行动管制令的影响而关闭所有分店，只是感谢顾客这么多年来对他们的支持。
目前，尚未关闭的分店正在进行清货促销活动。
