有看TVB节目的朋友一定对宋熙年（Sarah）感到不陌生，她近年来都担任主持及活动司仪，可说是知性美的代表。

2018年，她为老公陈智燊（Jason）诞下儿子Damon，不时在社交网上分享温馨照片，从此一家三口幸福满泻。继Jason去年7月公布与无线结束12年宾主关系后，Sarah也决定夫唱妇随，不再续约，并选择离开东家TVB。

她凌晨在Instagram以英文发长文宣布离巢，并贴出一家三口的合照写到：“这个决定并不容易，但我的家人给了我勇气和力量鼓励我跳出舒适区。成为一名母亲只会让我变得更强大，更愿意接受未来的挑战。我希望拓宽视野，瞄准更高的目标，让我的家人感到自豪！”

12 years ago, I chanced upon a life changing opportunity, found my way from Sydney to Hong Kong, TVB took me under their wing and from then on it has been an unforgettable journey. 不少艺人好友也留言力撑，包括锺嘉欣、陈法拉等，而作为老公的Jason当然百分百支持老婆，对于老婆指身边围绕着很好的人，他即抢着对号入座：“She was mainly talking about me.（她主要是指我。）#TheFutureIsBright（未来一片光明）。”

事实上，宋熙年在2006年参加了悉尼华裔小姐，隔年代表悉尼参加2007国际中华小姐一举夺得了冠军。其后就加入了TVB开始拍剧、担任主持。口齿伶俐的她成为《东张西望》的主持之一，但一直以来未受到无线重用，任何大作都未能参与，入行多年代表作也只有《东张西望》。
