想到安邦酿豆腐就想到鸿鸿!这家餐厅有名不是没有原因的,他们的酿豆腐不仅新鲜,而且是纯正的客家口味,每一件酿豆腐都是下单后才现场制作,然后放入油锅油炸,让酿豆腐的味道完全散发出来,再倒入十分够味的褐色鱼汤,实在太好吃了!

想要吃到真正老字号的正宗蒲种酿豆腐,就必须来这家蒲种Puchong Batu 14学校附近的,要注意哦别走错了,因为那里也有蛮多档酿豆腐餐厅。他是位于一排住家老屋的中间位置,别小看他,每每到了放工和晚餐时段,这里几乎满座的哦!这里最好吃的莫过于他的酿豆腐了,都是现点现酿,而去用料十足,味道超赞的!

二嫂酿豆腐在Bandar Manjalara一带算是小有名气,他们的酿豆腐物超所值,每一件都很大份,蔬菜内酿了饱满的鱼浆,放入鲜味十足的汤头,美味十足。所有酿豆腐都很不错,尤其是腐竹和豆腐卜更是非试不可。餐厅的服务还算勤快,即使生意忙碌,食物也很快上桌,不用等太久就能大吃一顿!

这家店源自富都,是拥有超过55年历史的老字号,现已传至第二代,不过当儿子接手后,他灵机一动,想到用炭烤的方式来烤酿豆腐,而且每件酿豆腐涂上BBQ酱,吃起来味道更上一层楼!除了一般的茄子、羊角豆和辣椒,这里还有比较少见的青椒、猪皮和培根酿豆腐!
