一不小心就错过的天涯客板面,隐藏在巷子里。老板每天制作新鲜板面,一条条长片状的板面煮了后就成了不规则形状,汤头属于稠稠的口感。

这里的鱼头米粉的汤头使用江鱼仔熬制的,加上番茄和姜丝,非常清甜。另外他们的肉骨茶属于较清澹的药材味,适合喜欢清淡的朋友。

这个档口是由客家人经验,60年来,在这里默默经营着60年的古早味,客家扣肉椰浆饭。除了扣肉椰浆饭,这摊位其实是典型地道的客家菜肴,比如“炸猪肉”,以特殊的香料腌制后油炸而闻名。

镒记中西菜馆是拥有超过八十年历史的吉隆坡老字号。一盘有两片厚切的烧肉卷,外皮烤得酥脆,里面的肉质依然鲜嫩,搭配镒记特制的苹果酱,咸中带甜,好吃不腻。还有必吃牛腩粉,配料有诚意,干汁濑粉上面满满都是牛肉牛杂。 ***想吃特色烧肉卷的朋友记得要在星期五、六、日 11am 前往报到哦!
